Returns and Refund Policy

1. Exchange Policy and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change and we strive to accommodate your requests:

1.1 Order Cancellations: Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order without any fees.

1.2 One-Time Exchange: You may exchange a product once within 7 days of placing the order without any additional fees. If the new product is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. If the new product is cheaper, no refund will be provided for the balance.

2. Return Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 7 days of delivery and submit details only via email. Subject to the following conditions:

Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee will be charged for returns initiated after delivery. Returns should be sent to our premises. Refunds will be processed within 14 days, though the time frame for the amount to be credited to your bank account is determined by the bank.

2.1 Condition of Items: Only items in “as new” condition can be returned. Products with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, mishandling, or other modifications will not be accepted. We reserve the right to deny a refund for products deemed to be of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care.

2.2 Packaging: Returned items should be in their original packaging designed to avoid shipping damages. If the original packaging is discarded, please ensure the item is well-protected to avoid damage during shipping. We encourage customers to take photos of the product and its packaging before handing it to the third-party delivery service.

2.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns. Must be within 7 days when we receive the item on our premises.

2.4 Condition Verification: All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. We will communicate the decision regarding the condition and eligibility for a refund, return, exchange, or repair to the customer.

2.5 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Non-Refundable Items: Once delivered, items are non-refundable. If an item is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace or repair the item. Only items that we are unable to exchange or repair will be eligible for return.

4. Exceptions/Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund:

4.1 Modified items, such as cut to size (artificial grass) or custom-made items

4.2 Customized items requiring special indent

4.3 Items that have been assembled on-site

4.4 Discounted or clearance items

4.5 Display items

4.6 Cushions, pillows, or any hygienic products

5. Warranty On Water Feature

The warranty period for physical goods purchased is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage Includes:

5.1 Manufacturing defects

5.2 Water pumps

5.3 Lights

Excludes:

5.4 Damage resulting from negligence

5.5 Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications of the product
